Terms and conditions of Hiring Props and Costumes

HIRING EQUIPMENT, PROPS OR COSTUMES FROM US - terms and conditions

• The term of your hire contract will be agreed when the order is confirmed
• To confirm your booking please put your order in writing either: by letter OR e mail OR by completing an order from (please ask for one)
• When you place your order a full invoice will be raised detailing all costs, terms and conditions.
• Rates for hire of props and costumes are available on request
• All prices quoted will exclude delivery.

Insurance 

The insurance value will be 6 times the cost of the first weeks hire

• hirers must insure props/costumes hired for 6 times the cost of the  1st weeks hire
•  hirers must provide proof that the items hired are insured

Deposit 

A deposit equal to the insurance value must be lodged with us and will be held until the items are returned undamaged OR Anvil is reimbursed with the full insurance value.

When the items are returned undamaged OR Anvil is reimbursed with the full insurance value then the deposit will be returned.

Payment

We accept payment using:

• Paypal
• Cheque
• BACS - (please ask for details)

Please note a 3% surcharge will be added for paypal

In some cases we may also ask for proof of ID and address

• Special conditions also apply if the items are to be shipped abroad.

Delivery /transportation - details and costs - to be discussed in all cases

• We may supply transport for which an appropriate charge will be made
