Tickets - receiving prebooked tickets

Tickets booked for performancess within one week of the performance will be held on the gate

All booking details of tickets purchased directly from Anvil - either over the phone on 0790 049 8966 or 01492 580774or 07899791886 or online at www.anvilproductions.co.uk are held on file and will be traceable to allow admission.

PLEASE bring ID with you if you are collecting tickets on the night.

If you have booked online Paypal will automatically send you a receipt - bring IT along as it will hvae your unique purchase number on it.

Tickets booked in advance are not normally refundable.

1 . CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SHOWS - INDOOR AND OUTDOORS

  1. *Cancellations are only made for Health and Safety reasons and in extreme circumstances beyond our control.
  2. Where a performance is cancelled for reasons stated above (*) a full refund of tickets booked and paid for in advance may be available at the discretion of Anvil if a reasonable alternative is not available.

OUTDOOR SHOWS ONLY

BAD WEATHER  

  • Outdoor performances will go ahead in all weathers - except in such conditions as will present a Health and Safety risk on the day - for example very high winds, storm conditions.
  • If possible shows will be moved indoors in adverse conditions.
  • In any event - all ticket holders must arrive before the start time of the show or have spoken to someone from the company or the venue on the day
  • The latest decision to cancel will be made 15 minutes before the show is due to start. 
  •  A show is only deemed to have been cancelled if no performance takes place or begins and if the cancellation is posted on this website or when it is announced at the venue within 15 minutes of the start of the show.
  • In the unlikely event that a show is cancelled we will make every effort to reschedule and offer the ticket holder tickets for an alternative date and/or venue and /or show.
  • No refunds will be given if a show goes ahead on the day/night. 
  • As a last resort refunds may be made at Anvil's discretion to ticket holders who turn up for a show that is cancelled before the start as detailed above and when an reasonable alternative is not available.

2. ATTENDING OUTDOOR PERFORMANCES

Please come prepared - Bringing:

  • something to sit on - only limited seating is sometimes available at certain venues.
  • something to keep you warm and dry
  •  plenty of water on hot days and something to protect you from the sun. 
  • a picnic
  • a torch.

There is sometimes limited shelter provided for you to sit under.

3. Booking fees - standard practice when booking theatre tickets - this is not a postal charge  

  • a 5% admin/handling fee is applied to the total cost of each on-line booking and this is referred to as postage and packing on the paypal system
  • a flat fee of £2 is applied to telephone bookings

4. Your Safety

Anvil make every effort to ensure the safety of everyone attending a performance.

  • Please take note of all signs and safety measures in place at the venue and remember that many of the sites are ancient monuments.
  • Please respect their status and take great care on slippery surfaces.
  • Please keep children under control and do not wander around the site.
